Freelance English Teacher in Saronno

My name is Brian and I'm a freelance English teacher living and working in Saronno, part of the Docenti-Inglese group in Saronno and also manager of the MilanoInglese group in Milan. Take the opportunity to learn English with an experienced mother-tongue English teacher in my home or, if practical, in your home or office. Take a one-to-one course and study at your own pace, without pressure or limits and with a friendly teacher who understands the kind of problems Italian students face when learning English.

How can I help you?

Intensive Courses

During July and August I am able to offer intensive English courses, with lessons of 3 or more hours a day, every day of the week!

Choose a course of 30, 60 or 90 hours of one-to-one lessons, and I can provide a course based on your personal requirements. Take advantage of the summer and have an intensive full-immersion English course without leaving Saronno!

Evening Group Courses

Study English in my home in a small group, with up to 3 other students. In addition to costing less, group courses allow you to study English in a relaxed and social atmosphere, which many people find more enjoyable than one-to-one courses.

Courses are available for elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate and upper-intermediate students.

English for work

Many jobs require you to speak English these days and even if you don't want to study 'Business English', improving your language skills is a good way to help your career.

My business background means that I also have a genuine understanding of how English is used in the workplace. Unlike many English teachers, I didn't learn Business English from a book!

If you want to earn a decent income, prefer to decide who, when, where and what you teach, working freelance is the best way to go. Finding enough clients to make it pay can take a little while, but the best place to start - by far - is MilanoInglese. For information, visit the teacher information website at and then have a look at the 'public' site where potential students can contact teachers at It beats the hell out of working for a school...
